About the WORKS program
You deserve a career path that fits your goals, not the other way around.
WORKS is a free, customizable employment workshop program for Albertans who want to upskill, overcome barriers, and open the door to new opportunities. Whether you're exploring your next step or preparing for employment, you can mix and match the workshops that meet you where you're at.
Participate in-person or online and learn at a pace that works for you. Every workshop is designed to be practical, engaging, and supportive so you gain real skills you can use right away.
WORKS is funded by the Province of Alberta in partnership with the Government of Canada.

Eligible individuals can enroll in this program at no cost.

- Not currently enrolled in a school program under the School Act (K12)
- At a CLB Level 5 or higher
